Our Impact
Since it's existence, YNWB has been driven by the Gospel call to love, serve and stand in solidarity with the elderly among other vulnerable members of our communities. Our initiatives seeks to awaken a deep sense of compassion, social responsibility and faith-driven action in young people, the 'Now of God'. In 2023, we successfully launched the Christmas Kindness Initiative, a heartfelt outreach grounded in love, hope and joy:

The first 2023 Edition reached 30 elderly people (aged 70+) . They were supported with food hampers, targeting Catholics in peripheral centres of St John Paul II Parish, Mutoko.
In 2024, the Second Edition crossed the faith borderline, distributing 10 food hampers to the most vulnerable households in Makora rural community; reinforcing our identity as a bridge-building initiative of radical love and inclusion.
The food hampers were a short-term solution to curb  nutrition and food insecurity in drought-prone rural communities like Makora, especially during the lean season of the 2023/24 El-nino induced drought

Currently, we are running our 2025 Third Christmas Kindness Edition. We are targeting children, sick and disabled persons in marginalised communities. We welcome new partners and supporters - Together upholding the dignity of every person and nurturing Integral Human Devepment.
